How To Apply

UAT: Scholarships
An education at UAT is an investment, and we understand the amount of aid you receive may be a deciding factor in whether or not you attend. Therefore, UAT is committed to providing all our students with the information they need to finance their education.
Incoming UAT students have the opportunity to receive scholarships in the following categories: Application Scholarships and Academic Scholarships.

Application scholarships are awarded to undergraduate students who apply and demonstrate financial need and embody the mission of the university.

Academic scholarships are conditionally awarded to students who meet specific academic requirements at application and officially awarded to students who submit official documentation to UAT.
Academic Scholarships
In order to be considered for an Academic Scholarships, a student needs to remit official transcripts of ACT scores, SAT scores, GED scores, High School completion, or Associate's/Bachelor's completion by the 15th day of the month prior to the start of the semester. For example, a student starting January 2011 will need to remit transcript prior to December 15, 2010. This allows for the university to process and apply scholarship funds in a timely manner.
Thinking Scholarships
UAT awards Thinking Scholarships to students who meet the scholarship criteria after successfully completing the application. The Thinking Scholarship program is created to acknowledge and reward those students who have gone above and beyond in their time prior to attending UAT.
