UAT: Mission Driven Scholarships

UAT's mission is to educate students in the fields of advancing technology so they may become innovators of the future. Mission-Driven Scholarships are designed to help UAT students uphold and embody the mission of the University. Mission-Driven scholarships are divided into the following categories: Innovative/Completed Works, Academic Leadership and Leadership.

To maintain UAT Mission-Driven Scholarship eligibility, all recipients must do the following:

Maintain required college GPA for scholarship
Make satisfactory progress toward completion of UAT degree objectives
Uphold any and all stipulations set forth in the scholarship contract

Scholarships

Alpha Geek Scholarship

The Alpha Geek scholarship was developed for students who are already on their way to influencing the technology of tomorrow. We are looking for those individuals who have produced a completed project/body of work and have an entrepreneurial spirit and true passion for technology that may be brought to the next level by attending UAT.

To qualify for this scholarship you must meet these minimum requirements
- No minimum GPA requirement
- Show a completed project/body of work (e.g., a fully playable game, polished movie, the utilization of web services, analysis of computer forensic tools, etc) and have an entrepreneurial spirit.

1337 Scholarship

This scholarship was developed to recognize students entering the undergraduate program at UAT who have shown outstanding academic and technical achievement, as well as service to the local or national community.

To qualify for this scholarship you must meet these minimum requirements
- Minimum high school CGPA of 3.5 or completed Associate's/Bachelor's degree with minimum CGPA of 3.4
- Description/documentation of all extracurricular and community activities, awards received and technological accomplishments.

UAT Founder's Scholarship

This scholarship was developed to seek out students entering the undergraduate program at UAT who have demonstrated excellence in leadership.

To qualify for this scholarship you must meet these minimum requirements:
- Minimum high school CGPA of 3.4 or completed Associate's/Bachelor's degree with minimum CGPA of 3.3
- Description/documentation of all extracurricular and leadership activities and indicate if an office was held
